职位信息

岗位职责：: Role:
•Acts in capacity of a "lead person" to provide engineering related design, analysis, and studies for domestic or international projects.
•Reviews general project objectives and establishes engineering requirements for the whole project of major system. This involves interpretation, definition of scope, and development of concepts.
•Plans, develops, coordinates and directs the engineering effort for a major system of a large complex project or for a total project of moderate scope.
•Among responsibilities is in project management. The individuals comprising this team may vary by project
•Supervises a project engineering staff consisting of subordinate engineers, designers, drafters and other assigned support personnel.
•Oversees the coordination of engineering efforts as required to attain project objectives.
岗位职责：
•具备领导能力，提供国内外工程项目的相关设计、分析及研究指导工作。
•一般工程项目目标的审查工作，及整个项目系统需求的确定工作。包括分析阐述、目标范围明确及其概念拓展。
•大型复杂项目的主要系统，或适度范围整个项目的工程投入的策划、开发、协调及指导工作。
•项目管理中的职能，在团队组合中可能因项目而异。
•整个项目工程人员（包括分包工程师、设计师、绘图员及基他指派做辅助工作的人员）的监督指导工作。
•为实现项目目标，整个工程项目进度的监察协调工作。

Requirement:
•Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program in the PRC or an engineering program, offered by a foreign institution, accepted as valid in the home country or the country in which the individual is practicing.
•The incumbent must have the Professional Engineer license in the PRC or be in active pursuit of such registration if not already registered or foreign registration which is accepted as valid in the home country or the country in which the individual is practicing, or active pursuit of registration acceptable in the country of practice.
•Minimum of 15 years of experience performing mechanical related duties, preferably in water industry.
•Good spoken and written English proficiency, shall be at least 6 grade above or equivalent of IELTS of at least 6.5 or TOEFL of at least 80.
•Good analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills
任职资格
•由中华人民共和国颁发认可的或由国外机构颁发且国内或国外认可的工程专业类本科以上学历。
•任职者须持有中华人民共和国专业工程师执照或正在办理此登记，或持有由国外颁发且国内或国外认可的专业工程师执照。
•15年以上机械工程方面的相关工作经验，水工业领域尤佳。
•良好的英文口语及书写能力，至少6级以上水平或雅思6.5分以上，或托福80分以上。
•良好的问题分析能力、人际协调能力及问题解决能力。
