This position work as business partner to take lead for all human resources function which includes staffing, compensation and benefit, training and development, administration and employee relation. Qualification: 1.Bachelor degree, Major in human resources management is a plus. 2. 8 years or above experience in human resources practice with multinational company. Solid experiences in training, recruitment, C&B, ER areas etc. 3.Teamwork and proactive. 4. Result oriented and good problem solving skills, Continually demonstrate the pursuit for excellence. 5. Good command of English, Verbal communication is a must.
