-to prepare and analyze cost improvement projects related to purchased material -analyze cost trends and variances and follow-up with the Sourcing team to find plausible explanations -using excel to help analyze the large volume of data (know how to do pivot tables, vlookup, logic statements such as “if command” etc) -prepare powerpoint presentations for management that can communicate the intended message effectively and look professional -personality must be outgoing, tough and able to work independently to chase and follow-up on the open issues -2 to 4 years work experience would be preferable -can speak Cantonese or English
