岗位职责：: Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new customers in Marine, Offshore, Oil platform Industry
• Experience in marine, offshore or oil platform related business will be a must.
• Assist Sales Manager to formulate overall budget, plan & sales target in accordance with market development & company sales strategy.
• Formulate annual regional sales budget and organize the implementation of sales targets achievements.
• Handle all daily issues related to sales, marketing.
• Prepare & coordinate RFC (Rolling Forecast) Plan & formulate RFC adjustment plan on monthly basis.
• Full responsibility in monitoring the communication with customers, and timely feedback.
• Create satisfaction for new requirements for product, quality, safety & environment information from customers.
• Full responsibility in recognizing and definition of product requirements, to meet technical requirements from customers and feasibility of RFQs.
• Full responsibility for the accounts receivable and other team related KPIs.
• Other tasks assigned by superior.

任职要求：: Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Cable, Engineering, communication or closely related area.
• More than two years experience as a quality or process engineer or similar, in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with ISO9001, IATF16949 and VDA its practical implementation.
• Knowledge of applicable analytical and problem solving techniques.
• Knowledge of cable and raw material standards and specifications is preferred.
• Knowledge of the use and applications of personal computers/software to the standard practice of quality control.
• Skill in presenting a wide variety of training to diverse audiences.
• Ability to effectively interact with external parties including customer and suppliers.
• Experience in supplier quality management.
• Experience in automotive supply chain.
• Skill in oral communication in one-on-one and group situations; in written communications for persuasive, training and technical purposes; and in utilizing public relations techniques in responding to inquiries and complaints.
• Hands – on work focus.
• Bilingual: Chinese and English.
