职位描述：: Responsibility:
1、负责新产品的研发及报价BOM的整理
Responsible for new products development and prepare the BOMs for quotation
2、负责新材料的选型，评估以及样品制作
Responsible for the new materials type selection, uation and sample making
3、负责图纸转化与绘制
Responsible for customer drawing transfer to internal drawing
4. 根据线束图纸要求，编制出生产工艺文件、作业指导书，验收生产工位，优化工位操作，确保生产工艺顺畅和产能落实，对生产过程中出现的异常问题进行分析改进提高生产效率。
According to the requirements of harness drawings, compile process documents and work instructions, check production stations, optimize station operation, ensure production process running smoothly and capacity be implemented, analyze the exceptions and improve production efficiency.
5、组织并实施工程技术更改，对图纸、操作指导书等工程文件进行归档、更新，更新材料清单，跟踪整个工程变更的进度，确保满足生产要求。
Implement ECN, update engineering documents such as BOMs, drawings and SOP, track the progress of engineering changes to ensure that production requirements are met.
6、部门经理安排的其他事项
Other matters arranged by the department Manager

任职要求：: 1、机电一体化、电气及相关理工类专业，大专及以上学历
Mechanical and electrical integration, electrical and related engineering major, college degree or above
2、英语熟练，具有良好的读写能力
Fluent in English, good reading and writing skills
3、办公软件熟练，能熟练运用Office，CAD等软件
Proficient in Office software, skilled in using Office, CAD and other software
4、一年以上线束相关经验（条件优秀的毕业生优先考虑）
At least 1 year harness related experience (excellent graduates are preferred)
5、善于沟通，具有良好的团队合作精神
Good at communication and team work
