塑胶模具项目工程师

职位描述：

Responsibilities:

1、 根据市场需求及客户要求，制定年度产品模具开发计划；

Issue annual plan of the product and mold development according to market demands and development as well as customers’ requirements;

2、 负责落实相关模具的设计，制作，采购与维护，确保生产和新产品引进的开展；

Responsible for the implementation-related mold design, production, procurement and maintenance, to ensure the production and new product introduced;

3、 负责生产部所有新产品的模具验证和确认；

Responsible for the production of new products, mold verified and validated.

4、 参与评估新产品生产工艺、产能及设备规划，参与制定新产品生产可行方案；

Participate in the evaluation of the production techniques, production capacity and equipment planning for the new product; participate in issuing feasible production plan for the new products.

5、 负责模具设计，加工，验收，试模整个流程，并对员工进行模具使用保养培训；

Responsible for mold designing, processing, inspection, test-mode 安and the whole process, and training staff using and maintaining mold.

6、 在工作中使用中英文两种语言；

Use English and Chinese as working language;

7、 其他指定的有关工作。

Other tasks as assigned.


岗位要求:

Qualifications: 

1. 机械/模具专业或其他相关专业，本科及以上学历；

Mechanical engineering or mold engineering and other related major, bachelor degree 

or above;

2. 熟练使用AutoCAD绘图软件或相关模具设计软件;

Familiar in AutoCAD ，pro E, UG, and other mapping software; Proficient in all kinds of mold structure;

3. 精通各类模具结构，熟悉注塑工艺和注塑设备，了解塑胶材料，模具钢材及其特性；

Familiar with the injection molding process and injection molding equipment, knowledge of plastic materials, mold steel and its characteristics;

4. 优秀的英语口语和书写能力（大学英语四级证书），良好的分析、组织、计划能

力；

Excellent oral and written English (with CET-4 certificate) and strong capability in analyzing, organizing and planning;

5. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，工作积极主动、认真细心、责任感强；

Good communication skills and strong team spirit; Proactive, careful and responsible;

6. 熟练应用各类办公软件；

Be proficient in all kinds of office software;

7. 有医疗器械行业工作经验者优先。

Working experience in medical device industry is a plus.
