职位描述：: • Design FTTA and other new products, prepare technical documents:
• Analyze customer specification and propose Acome’s solution.
• Prepare product specification and component specification.
• Calculate product cost by working with sourcing.
• Prepare datasheet for customer.
• Prepare qualification plan by working with quality and related department.
• Prepare packaging document by working with related department.
• SAP product management: BOM creation; PN creation. Communication with SAP coordinator in AF.

• Product qualification
• Arrange sample preparation by working with related department.
• Perform sample test on optical, electrical, mechanical and environmental, and prepare test report.
• Prepare new test procedure according to product specification and international standard.

• Technical and product support to sales and quality
• Propose appropriate Acome product to sales according to customer’s requirement.
• Technical analysis on quality issue together with quality.
• On-site installation and/or test.

• Benchmarking
• Analyze competitors’ product on performance, cost and marketing strategy.
• Test competitor’s product and prepare report.

• Related product
• Optical cable and jumper, power cable, RF cable, optical and power connectors, accessories.
