职位描述：: JOB DESCRIPTION:
1、Responsible for creating Master Production Schedule based on sales forecast, customer demand, production capacity and order priority.
2、Organize regular production planning meeting to evaluate and collect all necessary inputs during the process of production order implementation (BOMs, drawings, inventory, manpower/machine capacity, material etc)
3、Arrange production plan into daily process and follow up the implementation of production plan and monitor actual production output for targeting on- time customer delivery.
4、Constantly update production schedule based on daily changes and monitor progress day to day, coordinate among related functions for urgent and short-term customer demand, or find alternative solutions technically.
5、Monitor customer forecast and order demand in a dynamic business environment to control inventory into lowest level, overall control of inventory for raw, semi-finished and finished materials.
6、Collect and analyze production data periodically through process optimization to improve planning competitiveness and customer satisfaction
7、Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
1、Bachelor degree or equivalent
2、Over 5 years related working experience in production planning and supplier chain management in multinational manufacturing company, similar industry is preferred
3、Excellent English language skills both written and verbal.
4、Strong interpersonal skills with ability to drive with cross-functional initiatives
5、Team-work, detail-oriented, proactive and responsible attitude is required
6、Good ERP system operations skills (Oracle skill will be preferred)
7、Proficient in MS Office
