职位描述：: 1.协助产品经理进行线束产品规格书的核验、制作和归档；
Assist Product Manager in the verification, production and filling of cable assembly product specifications
2.能独立完成线束产品的设计开发和工艺改进；
Independent completion of cable assembly product design and development and process improvement;
3.协助产品经理进行产品应用的采集与市场开发;
Assist Product Manager in Product application collection and market development;
4.协助产品经理及供应链经理进行线束供应商的开发与管理；
Assist Product Manager and Supply Chain Manager in Supplier development and management;
5.协助销售进行订单售前售后中的技术确认工作，如有必要，需要前往客户现场；
Assist Sales in pre-sales and after-sales technical validation, and go to customer site if necessary
6.独立完成本地线束车间的建立，搭建业务框架，对设备采购与人员招聘提供有建设性的建议；
Independently complete the establishment of local cable assembly workshop, set up business work, provide constructive suggestions on equipment procurement and personnel recruitment;

任职要求：: 1.大专以上学历；
College degree or above;
2.有电缆、线束等产品制造制作领域从业经历者优先；
Cable and harnessing industrial products experience is preferred;
3.熟悉各种线缆标准规范；
Familiar with cable standard and specification
4.诚实守信，强烈的责任心和自我驱动力，能独立开展工作，具有开拓精神；
Honest and credible, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, able to work independently and pioneering spirit;
5.有强烈的学习愿望和持续学习能力；
Strong desire to learn and continuous learning capability
6.有自驾车和驾驶经验优先；
Driving license and driving experience is preferred
