In order to strive for the better production quality, the company has adopted MPM UP 2000HIE Automatic Solder Paste Printing Machine, KOH YOUNG 3D Solder Paste Tester and Yamaha High Precision SMT Machines such asYG200、YG100B which can take on mounting various odd-form components of 021 andBGA etc. Furthermore, the company is armed with Nitrogen Soldering System toaccomplish perfect weld. In order to ensure quality of BGA mounting, it imported PHOENIX/X-RAY analyzer from Germany and OKMETCAL APR5000 XL BGA rework station of U.S.A. At present, it is provided with 8 SMT lines and 12 million points of daily production capacity.
