职位描述：

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Identify, develop and qualify new suppliers for the new components, projects or cost reduction；.
2. Organize the audit of the suppliers to set up the approved supplier list;
3. Evaluate the suppliers to improve the suppliers’ performance；
4. Negotiate the price for the products cost saving and sign the frame agreement； 
5. Localization of the overseas components;
6. Assist the purchaser to handle some suppliers quality issues; 
7. Sourcing new suppliers and components for global organization. 
8. Familiar with products related to Electrical power/Automation & control/ Communication & network/Computer;

Educational Requirements
Bachelor or above with disciplines of Automation & control, electronic, Tele-communication, Network, Computer

Experience 
1, About five years of solid excellent experience in sourcing & procurement;
2, Be familiar with the sourcing method and the relevant suppliers;
3, Must have effective communication with suppliers and other department;
