职位描述：: Key Responsibility:
- Procurement Reporting - with suitable controlling tools to provide information
- Producing analysis - with purchase statistics to provide information
- Frame contract updating - with purchase volume analysis to prepare the contract updating
- Supplier management - with suitable tools to fulfill Siemens request e.g. CR, SQM, c4s, etc. and ISO request

Requirements:
- University / college degree
- Advanced professional expertise, commercial knowledge, and process knowledge
- Basic knowledge of contract law, technical/product
- More than 3 years of working experience in procurement business in Joint Venture / WOFE
- Strong sense of responsibility, team working spirit
- Fluent written English and oral English
- Advanced MS Office skill, especially Excel skill
