职位描述：: Requirement
1. Bachelor Degree with more than 3 years experience in EMS production, basic testing background is required
2. Be familiar with production line: wave, hand load, assembly etc.
3. With experience of management, be able to lead line leader and operator effectively.
4. Good written and reading English.
Job Responsibility
1. Optimize production; improve capability.
2. Improve quality continually.
3. Tracking output, to meet shipment plan.
4. Well control WIP (include bone pile) and scrap rate.
5. Reduce testers' down time.
