In the commercial estate sector, Tiande Group is operating approximately 100,000 square meter commercial properties, where congregate over 2,000 retailers and which involve close to 1,000 shop owners. The Group has acquired the land use right to over 600,000 square meter land for commercial use, based on which 12 development projects are either in progress or in planning.
在信息产业方面，天德集团投资兴建的5000平方米网络产业创业园已获宁波市级软件产业孵化器认定。至今已投资9家网络、软件企业，总投资超过3000万元；同时，正在建立IT项目投融资渠道平台及公共技术服务平台。
In the information technology sector, Tiande Group has established a 5,000-square-meter IT park which has been designated as the municipal software startups incubator by the local government. So far, an investment of RMB 30 million has been funded into 9 dotcom startups. A platform for IT related project venture capital investment and a public platform for technology sharing are under construction.
在金融投资方面，天德集团主要进行创业投资，为中小企业提供投融资服务，并参股地方性金融机构，已成立担保公司，正在筹建典当公司。
In the financial investment sector, Tiande Group provides professional services for small-and-medium-sized enterprise funding. The Group holds shares in some local financial houses and has established security company. A pawn shop is under incorporation.
