职位描述：: 1.Responsible for the continuous improvement and the proper maintenance of the plant technology.
2.Ensures implementation of relevant internal & external standards.
3.Takes part into the development of specific products d on customer needs.
4.Allocate and manage the technical resources (Human resources) in own scope
5.Write technical specifications for raw materials purchase and participates in quality actions (supplier audits, quality meetings, customers’ inspections…).
6.Set up internal standardization system and implement it into daily operations, coordinate with Nexans representatives in external standardization committees.
7.Analyses new product proposals
8.Process improvement on the new product development
9.Develop localization product in China
10.Set up new product related testing, improve testing ability and know-how
11.Support to production/sales & marketing/new investments/purchasing and quality control
12.Ensure proper documentation is updated and he/she formalizes and transmits his/her know-how.

任职要求：: 1.Major in Materials/Cable is preferred.
2.Experience: Over 5 years of cable design and application with at least 5 years

o Core scientific & technical knowledge
o Materials (polymers & inorganic)
