职位描述：

Role:
•Acts in capacity of a "design lead person" to provide engineering related design, analysis, and studies for domestic or international projects.
•Plans, develops, coordinates and directs the engineering effort for a major system of a large complex project or for a total project of moderate scope.
•Among responsibilities is in assisting in project management. 
•Assists to supervise a project engineering staff consisting of subordinate engineers, designers, drafters and other assigned support personnel. 
•Assists to oversee the coordination of engineering efforts as required to attain project objectives.
岗位职责：
•主管项目设计，提供国内外工程项目的相关设计、分析及研究指导工作。
•大型复杂项目的主要系统，或适度范围整个项目的工程投入的策划、开发、协调及指导工作。
•项目协助管理工作。
•整个项目工程人员（包括分包工程师、设计师、绘图员及基他指派做辅助工作的人员）的协助管理工作。
•为实现项目目标，整个工程项目进度的监察协调辅助工作。

Requirement:
•Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program in the PRC or an engineering program, offered by a foreign institution, accepted as valid in the home country or the country in which the individual is practicing. 
•The incumbent must have the Professional Engineer license in the PRC or be in active pursuit of such registration if not already registered or foreign registration which is accepted as valid in the home country or the country in which the individual is practicing, or active pursuit of registration acceptable in the country of practice.
•Minimum of 10 years of experience performing mechanical related duties, preferably in water industry.
•Good spoken and written English proficiency, shall be at least 4 grade above.
•Good analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills
任职资格
•由中华人民共和国颁发认可的或由国外机构颁发且国内或国外认可的工程专业类本科以上学历。
•任职者须持有中华人民共和国专业工程师执照或正在办理此登记，或持有由国外颁发且国内或国外认可的专业工程师执照。
•10年以上机械方面的相关工作经验，水工业领域尤佳。
•良好的英文口语及书写能力，至少4级以上水平。
•良好的问题分析能力、人际协调能力及问题解决能力。
