Overview: Manage and grow assigned key account(s) in order to achieve sales targets within China sales policies, procedures and systems.
Planning and Budgeting
Develop and propose annual budget and plan for the assigned key account(s) and monitor self performance in order to achieve account(s) growth targets.
Develop sales plan for the key account(s); determine targets for penetration and growth of accounts; negotiate pricing, terms and conditions for all contracts; coordinate with customer service supporting the territory; and support the maintenance of channelling strategies (with distributors) in order to achieve targeted sales growth for the assigned key account(s).
Customer Relationship Maintenance
Create and maintain relationships with assigned account(s) across all functions; and with key management of the account(s) in order to grow sales revenue from the account(s).
Coordinate the activities of product management and technical service in order to maintain high customer satisfaction with the Energy's products and services.
Gather competitor information; and look for opportunities to develop new products for customers in order to develop and sell products that better meet customer demands.
Technical Bachelors Degree (e.g. Materials Science, Physics etc)
5 to 10 years selling experience in a related/customer-based industry
